My Mission
I help women new to strength training feel strong and confident in their bodies
About Me
Tiana’s love for fitness and sport started a little later in life as she struggled with self-confidence throughout grade school. However, she began CrossFit and then Olympic style weightlifting after unsuccessfully proving to her Dad that she ‘would not like CrossFit’ during her undergraduate degree.
After years of avoiding the gym and sports, Tiana was instantly hooked on the feeling of empowerment that strength training brought. As such, she finished her honor’s degree in Nutritional Sciences and went onto study Exercise Physiology with the intention of working with people on both their nutrition and fitness. Now as a registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist, Tiana has worked with a wide range of conditions such as multiple sclerosis to heart attack rehabilitation.
Tiana has a soft spot in helping women new to strength training feel strong and confident in their bodies. She knows first hand that gyms can be intimidating, but seeks to support those starting their health and fitness journey.
