Holly Jang is a passionate personal trainer and fitness advocate with a lifelong dedication to competitive sports. Having played softball and hockey at a high level, Holly’s athletic background informs her training philosophy and approach to fitness. Her journey began in her youth, where she excelled in both sports, developing skills in teamwork, discipline, and resilience. After earning her certifications in personal training, Holly transitioned to helping others achieve their fitness goals.
She specializes in creating personalized training programs that draw on her experience as an athlete, whether clients are aiming for weight loss, strength building, or overall wellness.
In addition to her one-on-one training sessions, Holly also leads group classes. She believes in the power of a balanced lifestyle, integrating mindfulness and nutrition into her fitness coaching. Holly actively shares on social media, offering fitness tips, motivational content and workouts.
