After quitting competitive swimming in high school, I battled with disordered eating and tried everything from Weight Watchers to Isagenix without any success. Gaining 30lbs and being preoccupied with weight and food choices was tough. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping women break free from the yo-yo diet cycle and find food freedom, so they can enjoy life to the fullest. 🍽️❤️⁠

A little about me: I’m half Italian, half dutch, and believe it or not, I can’t stomach raw tomatoes! 🍅 I love country, rap, and good old-fashioned oldies, and I’m always in the mood for whatever gets me grooving. 🎶 I can recite any soft favorite song from QMFM and I’m a huge bulldog fan – I’m planning to get a new one named Gnocchi this year! 🐶⁠

I’m an adventurous spirit who’ll try anything once, except rollercoasters – they terrify me! 🎢 I love to laugh, dress up in heels, and throw back a whiskey neat while I clean you up in billiards. And as much as I love to dance, I can never remember how to line dance. 💃⁠

I’m also a huge Survivor fan and I’m planning to throw in some casting tape this year – who knows, maybe you’ll see me on the island! 🌴⁠
