About Me

Annie was born in Shanghai, China, and moved to Canada in 2008. With a Bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition Science and years of experience as a clinical nutritionist, Annie discovered a passion for fitness that transformed both her career and her dedication to promoting overall wellness.

Her fitness journey is as diverse as it is inspiring. Annie has explored Muay Thai, functional training, yoga, Pilates, weightlifting, and dancing. Like many, she faced challenges staying consistent, but through perseverance and self-discovery, she learned how to make fitness an enjoyable and sustainable life habit instead of a chore.

In 2015, Annie decided to turn her passion into a full-time career. She earned certifications in ACE, NASM, Pilates, and LES-MILLS, and has since been empowering others as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer. Annie’s approach is rooted in the belief that “small, consistent improvements yield big results.”

Annie is committed to helping her clients achieve their goals by focusing on safety, consistency, and self-acceptance. Her mission is to help you find joy in your fitness journey—because when fitness becomes a habit, it becomes fun, rewarding, and life-changing.
