One Mama’s Experience

Had an amazing time at Mom and Tot TRX. Was looking for a workout that I can do with my baby, since I have limited childcare. I really enjoyed having Esther as the instructor! She really sets the mood. Love her fun and outgoing personality. It was my first time using the TRX and I am surprised that I really like it. I would highly recommend this 8 weeks TRX Mom and tot program to any mama that wants to get back in shape or even just to meet other mamas and have some fun!

Meet Coach Vivian

My Mission

To empower and support moms on their fitness journey. I believe that every mom deserves to feel strong, confident, and healthy, both physically and mentally

About Vivian

Vivian’s fitness journey began in 2015 when she discovered SWEAT (formerly BBG) and began engaging in high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts. This marked the beginning of her realization of a deep passion for fitness and the transformative power it holds.

However, after becoming a new mom, she faced challenges in finding her way back into a consistent fitness routine. Determined to overcome this hurdle, she delved deeper into the world of fitness, seeking to understand its intricacies and mechanisms. It was this quest for knowledge that led her to pursue a certification as a personal trainer, further solidifying her commitment to her own fitness journey.

In addition to HIIT training, she has incorporated weightlifting, yoga, and Pilates into her exercise routine. This diverse approach not only keeps her workouts engaging and varied but also ensures holistic fitness development.

Through dedication, perseverance, and a thirst for knowledge, she has continued to evolve on her fitness journey, pushing boundaries and striving for excellence. As she embarks on this ongoing pursuit of physical and mental well-being, she is confident that her passion for fitness will continue to inspire and motivate others in their own wellness journeys.

Aside from fitness, she enjoys painting nail art and can often be found creating intricate designs in her spare time. She also love going on road trips and exploring new destinations, soaking up the beauty of nature along the way. And of course, no day is complete without a good cup of coffee to fuel her adventures.

Frequently Asked Questions

Before participating, make sure you have the OK from your doctor to return to exercise. Minimum six weeks postpartum.

The instructor will always provide the appropriate modifications if you have DRA and ensure you feel safe and supported.

You should bring a bottle of water, a towel and your baby carrier. For baby you can bring a blanket and don’t forget your diaper bag in case you have to change or feed. Feel free to bring a toy if baby wants to keep busy!

We recommend getting to class at least 5-10 minutes early to get the time to settle in.

You can leave your stroller/car seat at the bottom of the staircase. You are welcome to bring the car seats upstairs to the studio with you if baby is comfortable in it!

No worries! You are encouraged to stop anytime to feed or change.

Your little one will be right next to you during the workout. In front of you on the mat/car seat (or in a jumper/playpen). You will have the option to safely use baby for resistance for some of the exercises.

We will always offer a safe space for you and baby, free of judgment. Babies can have days where their needs seem to be higher and that is totally fine. Take your time!

For safety reasons. We want to avoid the chance of baby getting stepped on or hurt in any other way. If you have a mobile baby but you know he or she would still do great in class, please get in touch with us as we have limited jumpers and playpen space!

If they can walk or crawl around, you have a mobile baby!

Yes! We have a physiotherapy clinic right inside our studio!
