This progressive 8-week program is designed to build strength, mobility, and flexibility over time, helping you move with more power and control in every workout. By combining traditional mat Pilates with the dynamic resistance of the TRX suspension trainer, you’ll challenge your core, balance, and stability like never before.

Meet Coach Hailey

My Mission

I empower women and young athletes in a supportive and uplifting environment to discover their true strength both in the gym and in their daily lives

About Hailey

Hailey grew up playing any and all sports but eventually settled into Ringette. She found her passion in the team aspect of the game and thrived on the competition! She competed in the 2019 Canada Winter Games as captain of the Ringette team and currently plays in the National Ringette League for the BC Thunder. Hailey loves to stay involved with her Ringette community and gives back through coaching and running skill development sessions for local teams.

Hailey is a recent UBC graduate with a degree in Kinesiology. She loves to learn and apply her education in the areas of injury prevention, strength and conditioning, and rehabilitation—and is excited to share this knowledge with individuals and young athletes to help them uncover their true potential.

During her undergrad, Hailey worked as a student kinesiologist, gaining hands-on experience with ICBC patients and individuals with diverse fitness goals. This experience also sparked her interest in mat Pilates as a low-impact, core-focused movement method that supports strength, mobility, and recovery. She appreciates how Pilates complements athletic training and injury rehab and enjoys integrating it into her sessions.

When Hailey is not at the rink, you can find her hanging out with friends, travelling, and eating all the pasta and sushi. She may also admit to the guilty pleasure of watching reality TV!

No experience necessary! Hailey will guide you through everything you need to know, with clear instruction and progressions each week.

This program is suitable for all fitness levels! Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced mover, the exercises can be modified or progressed to suit your ability.

Just bring a water bottle, comfortable workout clothes, and a towel if needed. We provide all the TRX and Mat Pilates equipment!

Each session is $25. Since it’s an 8-week program, you’ll attend 16 sessions in total (twice per week).

Building core strength, stability, and control isn’t something you can just drop into and expect lasting results. Our TRX Pilates program is designed as a progressive series for a reason.

Each class builds on the last, following proven principles of progressive overload and structured movement training, which ensures:

✅ Better mobility, posture, and movement patterns
✅ Increased muscle tone, flexibility, and body awareness

By committing to 2 sessions per week for 8 weeks, you’ll build a strong foundation, improve how you move, and see real changes in your strength, stability, and confidence.
